You have just entered and are an official Contestant of The 2024 Bull Riders Challenge. You will receive a non-reply email from the Bull Riders Challenge with these important event details. If you don’t see it in a few minutes, please check your junk folder. If no confirmation email was received, please email Kim at kimberly.mccoy00@gmail.com and a pdf copy will be sent to you.
If you are under 18, please remember to call (435) 724-8758 to request your release form. You will need to have your parent or legal guardian sign a release waiver before you are eligible to compete.
The event will take place on Friday, January 19th and Saturday, January 20th, 2024 and we are looking forward to seeing you at the riders meetings Friday, January 19th at 3:30pm AND Saturday, January 20th at 3:30pm. Below you will find important event information that you will want to keep with you.

Format:
- 50 contestants (all ride one bull on January 19th)
- After scoring the final top 40 shall be determined by score and drawn back on time, if needed. The bottom 10 riders will be eliminated from the competition.
- Top 40 riders return on January 20th to ride a second bull, top 10 (best on two head) make the short round to ride a third bull. No rider shall make the short round on time, you will need to cover at least one bull to qualify.
- There will be NO additional entry fees for riders continuing on to the Saturday night performance.
Pay Out:

3rd = $2,000
4th = $1,500
5th = $1,000
6th = $850
7th = $650
8th = $550
9th = $375
10th = $250
We will be awarding Championship Buckles to the top three finishers.
Meetings / Important Times / Information:
- Mandatory Riders Meeting Friday, January 19th at 3:30pm at the Western Park (meeting room in main hallway). Hats and Wrangler gift cards will be handed out and bulls will be drawn at this time. Please bring your protective riding vest to this meeting. We will be taking head shots with you wearing your vest during this time.
- All riders competing in the Saturday, January 20th performance (as well as riders eliminated from competition) need to arrive at the Western Park by 3:30 pm for check-in and instruction (Dinner Provided!). ALL contestants welcome.
- If you decide to cancel your entry the week of the event (beginning Sunday of that week) we will need to withhold a transaction fee. If you cancel within 72 hours of the riders meeting, we will retain a $67 fee (plus any additional software accounting fees). After that time period or if you do not show the day of the event you will be charged a $170 fee, your remaining balance will be refunded to your credit card within 25 days after the event has concluded. We reserve the right to retain your entire entry fee so please communicate with us about your situation as soon as possible.

The Microtel is not responsible for any refunds should you book online or through any third-party booking service.
Each contestant will be issued a rider wristband and ONE (1) companion pass. Riders must wear their wristband at all times during the event.
